  2. Add rolled oats, protein powder, and chopped strawberries; stir until a thick dough forms. Adjust consistency if needed.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls about 1-1.5 tablespoons each.
  4. If desired, roll in coconut flakes for added texture.
  5. Chill on a parchment-lined tray for at least 45 minutes to firm up before enjoying.
