  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 34 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  3. Place chicken in the slow cooker and add onions and garlic.
  4. Pour in crushed tomatoes and chicken broth; sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  5. Cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until chicken is fork-tender.
  6. Shred the cooked chicken and return it to the pot.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan until melted; adjust seasoning as needed.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
