  • 1½ tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely minced (optional)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and place a large baking sheet inside.
  2. Clean and halve the Brussels sprouts, ensuring they are dry.
  3. In a bowl, toss the sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange them cut-side down on the hot baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Flip and roast for an additional 10-15 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Meanwhile, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard (if using), and minced garlic in a bowl.
  6. Once roasted, drizzle the glaze over the sprouts and toss to coat evenly. Return to the oven for a few minutes if you want a stickier glaze.
