  1. Pound chicken breasts to ½-inch thickness and pat dry.
  2. Set up a breading station with seasoned flour, egg wash, and Panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg wash, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Cook chicken by frying in hot oil or baking until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Slice the cooked chicken into strips.
  6. Warm tortillas and spread ranch dressing on each.
  7. Layer chicken, veggies, and cheese; roll tightly to form wraps.
