  4. Cook salmon cubes until golden brown on all sides (about 2-3 minutes per side).
  5. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, honey, and garlic powder for the Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Toss cooked salmon bites in the sauce until evenly coated.
  7. Serve immediately garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
