  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve 1/4 cup pasta water before draining.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove from pan.
  4. Reduce heat; add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds. Add white grape juice to deglaze the pan.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, bringing it to a gentle simmer before adding Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, and juice. Season to taste.
  6. Toss fettuccine in the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for consistency. Fold in shrimp and serve garnished with parsley.
