  • 23 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 23 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed French onion soup
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom or chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1.5 cups French fried onions
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cooked rice, French onion soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle French fried onions on top; return to bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until crispy.
  6. Let rest for five minutes before serving; garnish with parsley.
