  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Seasoning: garlic powder, onion powder, dried Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and pound them to about ½ inch thick for even cooking.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with remaining spices and fill each with about a quarter of the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Roll each breast tightly around the filling and secure with toothpicks if needed. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest before serving.
