  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and pound them to about ½ inch thick for even cooking.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Season chicken breasts; spoon filling into the center of each one and roll tightly.
  5. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 25-35 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
