  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 8 cups stale bread cubes
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 ½ cups dried cranberries
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups low sodium chicken broth
  • Fresh herbs (sage, thyme, parsley)
  • Seasonings (salt, black pepper, poultry seasoning)

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toast stale bread cubes until dried; finely dice onion, celery, garlic, and chop herbs.
  3. Sauté onion and celery in melted butter until translucent; add garlic and herbs.
  4. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, cranberries, sautéed mixture, melted butter, eggs, ground turkey, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, and broth.
  5. Shape into golf ball-sized balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 25-35 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
