  • 12 large jalapeno peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 oz crumbled cooked beef bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wearing gloves, wash and slice jalapeños lengthwise, removing seeds and membranes.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, beef bacon, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Combine breadcrumbs with melted butter in a separate bowl.
  5. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture and top with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
