  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugars until fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Mash bananas separately until smooth; then combine with the wet mixture.
  5. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture while alternating with mashed bananas until just combined.
  7. Prepare cinnamon sugar by mixing granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  8. Layer half of the batter in the loaf pan; sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar on top.
  9. Add remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon sugar; gently swirl with a knife.
  10. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
