  1. Whisk together the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl for the coating. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugars, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
  3. Soak the challah cubes in the custard mixture for at least 20 minutes.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook soaked bread cubes until golden brown on all sides.
  5. Toss cooked bites in the cinnamon sugar mixture immediately after cooking.
  6. For the glaze, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth; gradually add powdered sugar and milk to reach desired consistency.
