  • Flour tortillas (warmed)

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and slice into strips.
  2. Slice bell pepper and onion into strips.
  3. Mix homemade fajita seasoning or use a pre-made packet.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; add chicken and cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
  5. Remove chicken; sauté bell peppers and onions for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Combine chicken back in skillet with veggies; sprinkle seasoning and add water. Cook for 2-3 minutes until flavors meld.
