  • 1 large bell pepper (any color)
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fajita seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
  • Flour tortillas

  1. Slice the chicken breasts into strips and pat dry.
  2. Cut the bell pepper and onion into similar-sized strips.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Remove chicken and sauté bell peppers and onions for another 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, add seasoning and water, stirring to combine.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Warm tortillas in the microwave or oven before serving.
