  • Olive oil, soy sauce, and various seasonings

  1. Marinade thinly sliced beef in olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, spices, and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare potatoes by dicing them into cubes and seasoning before cooking on a preheated griddle until golden.
  3. Chop onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and green beans while potatoes cook.
  4. Whisk together the stir fry sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Once potatoes are cooked, sear marinated beef on the griddle until browned.
  6. Sauté vegetables until tender-crisp before combining everything on the griddle with the stir fry sauce to heat through.
  7. Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
