  • 1 large Onion (finely chopped)
  • 8 oz Cremini Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 lb Egg Noodles
  • Instructions for Preparation:

Instructions

  1. Pat beef strips dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear beef in olive oil over medium-high heat until browned; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onion until translucent.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook until browned; then add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
  7. Return beef to skillet, temper sour cream with hot sauce, then stir into mixture.
  8. Serve over egg noodles, garnished with fresh parsley.
