  • 3 very ripe bananas, mashed

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together rolled oats, flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter with brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time and stir in mashed bananas.
  4. Gradually fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
