  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil (for drizzling)

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut chicken breasts into strips and pound to an even thickness.
  3. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  4. In one dish, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. In another dish, mix panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Coat each chicken strip first in flour mixture, then in panko mixture.
  7. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Lightly spray with cooking spray and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
