  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil spray

  3. Cut chicken breasts into strips about 1 inch thick.
  4. In a shallow dish, whisk together buttermilk and milk; marinate chicken strips for at least 30 minutes.
  5. In another dish, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  6. In a third dish, combine panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Remove chicken from the marinade; coat each piece first in the flour mixture and then in the panko mixture.
  8. Place tenders on a parchment-lined baking sheet and lightly spray with olive oil.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Optionally broil for extra crispiness.
