  • 14 Mini Babybel cheeses (wax removed)
  • 1/3 cup honey or jam (optional for serving)
  • 1 large egg (beaten with 1 teaspoon water for egg wash)
  • 28 candy eyes or mini chocolate chips (for decorating)

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Thaw and unroll puff pastry on a clean surface; cut each sheet into 7-8 long strips (½-inch wide).
  3. Remove wax from Mini Babybel cheeses.
  4. Wrap each cheese in a pastry strip, leaving space for the 'face.'
  5. Place wrapped cheeses on the baking sheet and brush with egg wash.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before adding candy eyes or chocolate chips.
  8. Serve warm, optionally drizzled with honey or alongside jam.
