  • 1 wheel (8 oz) Brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup apricot preserves
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 large egg, beaten

  3. Unwrap the Brie and pat dry with a paper towel.
  4. Spread apricot preserves over the Brie and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Drizzle with honey.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry into a square large enough to wrap around the Brie snugly.
  6. Place the Brie in the center of the pastry and fold corners over to seal.
  7. Brush with beaten egg and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown; let cool slightly before serving.
