  • 1 sheet (14.1 oz) frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 wheel (8 oz) Brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup apricot preserves
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • Crackers or baguette slices for serving

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unwrap Brie and pat dry; spread apricot preserves over the top.
  3. Sprinkle chopped nuts over the preserves and drizzle with honey.
  4. Roll out puff pastry into a 12×12-inch square; place Brie in the center.
  5. Fold corners of pastry over Brie and seal tightly.
  6. Brush with beaten egg; bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving with crackers or baguette slices.
