  • 8 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shelled edamame
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
  • 1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 3 oz package crushed ramen noodles
  • Dressing: vegetable oil, rice vinegar, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger
  • Preparation Instructions:

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Let it rest before slicing.
  3. In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cabbage, carrots, edamame, green onions, almonds, sesame seeds, mandarin oranges, and crushed ramen noodles.
  4. Whisk together dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Toss gently to combine.
  5. Top with sliced chicken and serve immediately.
