  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup (70 g) Heath English toffee bits, plus extra for garnish
  • 1/4 cup (43 g) mini chocolate chips, plus extra for garnish
  • Apples, sliced for dipping

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add brown sugar and continue mixing until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
  2. Gently fold in toffee bits and mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Slice apples into wedges and toss them with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  5. Serve the chilled dip garnished with extra toffee bits and chocolate chips alongside the apple slices.
