Pat chicken breasts dry and coat each piece first in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg wash, and finally coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
Cook chicken in a single layer for about 8-10 minutes per side or until reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
