  1. Set up dredging stations: Combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder in one shallow dish; whisk eggs in another; mix Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs in a third.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry for better coating adherence.
  3. Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, dip into the egg wash, then coat with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, arrange chicken pieces in a single layer, and cook for 8-10 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
  6. Allow chicken to rest on a wire rack before serving.
